Katy Huth will be leading the girls through a 3 week series, starting with a strong foundation of poses leading up to a peak pose by the end of week three- grasshopper pose! At the end of each session, there will be a small group discussion that will be related to health, wellness, stress and self body image. Katy wants to empower these young women to feel strong and in control over their bodies in addition to managing stress in their lives. Sign up today as space is limited. $45 for the series
