Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Welcome the Summer Solstice with a Restorative Sound Bath led by Melissa and Michelle.

This 75-minute restorative experience will begin with a guided meditation.  You will then be invited to experience the resonant sounds of the quartz singing bowls while being guided into 3-4 restorative poses.  

Come with the intention of a full-body meditative state as you are bathed in vibrations from the singing bowls.

No experience required and all levels welcome.

Over the two hours, we will review basic to more complex backbends, studying each pose in depth, discussing key muscle engagement and posture alignment. As you move from pose to pose, you and your partner will have to trust each other to enter into poses in order to let go of what you cannot control! Poses will be geared towards building strength and getting a wonderful stretch! This is a progressive class that will start with beginner partner poses leading to more challenging postures.
