SOMATICS FOR LOW BACK PAIN
Movements and postures we do habitually can become contractions we unconsciously hold in our body. Over your life you train your brain where to hold your body. Somatics can help you bring conscious awareness to your physical tension and teach your muscles how to release and relax. You can find less pain, more freedom of movement, improve your breathing and take back control of your body.
Please wear warm, comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for this practice. Socks are also recommended to keep feet warm.
