Tween Yoga is a fun, engaging, and supportive yoga practice designed specifically for children ages 8-12. This class focuses on helping young minds and bodies develop balance, flexibility, strength, and emotional resilience. As tweens navigate the challenges of pre-adolescence, yoga offers them a safe space to express themselves, manage stress, and build confidence.
Through a series of age-appropriate poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices, tweens learn how to connect with their bodies and quiet their minds. The class blends playful, creative sequences with relaxation exercises, ensuring that every session is both enjoyable and enriching.
Join us for this 5 week consecutive series focusing on building a solid foundation for a yoga practice. This class will meet every Thursday from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Cost: $115 for 5 weeks
