We offer classes that will help you decrease stress through breathing and relaxation to a full body workout with cardio moves and the use of weights. At The Yoga Loft, we have a variety of pricing options to meet your needs. Our one year unlimited is the most affordable option if you are looking for great savings! Planning on coming at least twice a week? Check out our auto renewal program and membership benefits! Strength Based Classes

Looking to Build Strength

  • Barre Strength is a High energy, low impact class. This class combines yoga, Pilates and Dance together. Flow to the music while using your own body weight, light weights, bands, balls and the barre to sculpt and tone. All levels welcome and no experience necessary!

  • Total Body Conditioning This multi- level full body workout targets all the major muscle groups. This challenging class is designed to improve your overall strength and cardio. Tennis shoes are highly recommended for this class.

Our Story

In 2017, our owner Katy decided to turn her dream of opening a yoga studio into reality. And just like that, The Yoga Loft was born—offering yoga, yoga, and, well... yoga. (Hey, it was a solid start!) Katy teamed up with Terri, one of her first instructors, and together they created a cozy little yoga haven where downward dogs and savasanas flourished.

But life doesn’t stay in one pose forever. By 2022, after a few twists, turns, and "aha" moments, Katy realized it was time to mix things up. So, she expanded our offerings to include strength training (fancy name: Total Body Conditioning) and eventually Barre classes—because who doesn’t want to plié their way to fitness?

Now, The Yoga Loft is your one-stop shop for yoga, strength, and Barre, designed to help you crush your mind, body, and fitness goals. Our amazing instructors are here to ensure you live long, happy, and impressively strong lives. Come for the yoga, stay for the gains—we’ve got you covered!
