At The Yoga Loft, we have a variety of pricing options to meet your needs. Our one year unlimited is the most affordable option if you are looking for great savings! Planning on coming at least twice a week? Check out our auto renewal program and membership benefits! Looking to Build Strength
Barre Strength is a High energy, low impact class. This class combines yoga, Pilates and Dance together. Flow to the music while using your own body weight, light weights, bands, balls and the barre to sculpt and tone. All levels welcome and no experience necessary! Class is heated to around 76 Degrees.
45 Minute Express Barre is a High energy, low impact class. This class combines yoga, Pilates and Dance together in 45 minutes. Flow to the music while using your own body weight, light weights, bands, balls and the barre to sculpt and tone. All levels welcome and no experience necessary! This is not heated.
Total Body Conditioning This multi- level full body workout targets all the major muscle groups. This challenging class is designed to improve your overall strength and cardio. Tennis shoes are highly recommended for this class.

Our Story
Our owner Katy, had a dream to open a yoga studio. In 2017 The Yoga Loft was created and offered only yoga classes. Terri was one of the first instructors to start with Katy and, along with others, grew the studio into a wonderful place to practice yoga. As time had past and certain life events happened for Katy, she realized in 2022 that we should expand our class options to include strength training and eventually barre classes. Our current class offerings include yoga, strength training (known as Total Body Conditioning) and Barre. We wanted to offer a variety of class options to meet your mind, body and fitness goals. All of our instructors are here to help you live long, happy and strong lives!
