Strength Training Classes

Endurance based classes will make you sweat! Whether you are looking for a power yoga class using your own body weight to develop strength, taking our 50/50 class where we combine yoga and a high intensity interval training or our total body conditioning, any of these classes will help improve cardiovascular health, improve speed, agility and flexibility. Towel and water strongly recommended.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a series of poses, using your breath as the guide for your pace. Explore your potential in class, playing around with backbends, inversions and arm balances. The class facilitates detoxification, and promotes a sense of energy and empowerment.

Recommended to have some previous yoga experience as this class moves quickly.

Barre Strength

Activate and tone your body in this Total Body Barre Class. Using your own body weight, light dumbbells, bands and balls, you will sculpt and tone your body. All levels welcome and no experience is required.  

Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning is a multi-level full body workout that targets major muscle groups. This challenging workout is designed to increase strength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning. This is a combo class of strength training and cardio. Please wear clean tennis shoes for class.
