Join Terri for a unique workshop focusing on improving your tennis & golf swings. Learn stretches to expand flexibility in your arms, shoulders, & hips. Understand the variety of familiar yoga poses to offer strength & flexibility to the muscles used regularly in your tennis & golf games.

With Terri’s keen observations & natural interest in athletics, she offers an exceptional approach to combining yoga postures with common athletic movements.
