Restorative yoga is a gentle inward practice utilizing yoga props to support your body while passively stretching muscles. It may help lower stress levels, improve sleep, and lessen the negative internal narratives. In addition, restorative yoga may improve your vinyasa practice by creating space for growth for advanced poses.
During this 90-minute workshop, you will ease into 3-5 supported poses. Each pose will be held for 5-20 minutes, allowing your muscles to relax deeply and permitting yourself to turn inward. Stillness is a powerful practice.
Wine and light snacks will be offered before the workshop. Also included, a handmade, satin eye pillow used to enhance your tranquil savasana at the end of any yoga practice.
